Shipping Policy
What is the delivery time?
The delivery time consists of two phases:
1. Processing time
Within 1–3 business days after the order is placed, it is reviewed, approved, and packed. The package is then prepared for shipping.
2. Delivery time
Norway: 5–10 business days
Shipping is handled by New Zealand Post.
All delivery times exclude any customs delays. During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year’s, deliveries may take longer.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free premium shipping. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage to the package.
Where is my package?
After the order is shipped, the customer receives an email with a tracking number.
The order can be tracked via the tracking page on our website. Click on “Track your order” in the main menu on our website.
For logistical reasons, the order may be shipped in multiple packages.
My tracking number isn’t working
It may take up to 5 business days for the tracking information to be updated. If the tracking still doesn’t show any information after a few days, please contact customer service.
