Our processing time is 1–2 business days. Once your package has been shipped, you can expect a delivery time of 5–10 business days. We do our best to get your order delivered as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your new fashion items soon!

You can return your items within 30 days of receiving them. To ensure a smooth return process, we recommend that you read our return policy, which can be found at the bottom of our website. When you’re ready to initiate a return, simply send us an email. Our team is here to help and guide you through the return process.

Please contact customer service as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will, of course, find a suitable solution.

If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact customer service as soon as possible. We can only make changes as long as the order has not yet been processed.
